im working on this website for Waj (SAH Bespoke Ltd ) Who bought this template from you yesterday. I have downloaded the zip folder but cant find any of the templete information once it goes live i just see a blog and no options to add the template contents. Please help me urgently as the reason we bought the tmplate was to speed things up, and now it seem to be slowing us down see attacehd - it doesnt even tgive an option to put in purchase code Thanks in advance
First of all, you need to be sure that you've installed and activated all the plugins that are required by the theme, you can find them by going to Appearance > Install Plugins.
After you activate the required plugins, you can go to Appearance > Install plugins and install also the One Click Demo Importer plugin, then go to Appearance > Import Demo Data and start importing the demo, after you import the demo, you can go to Settings > Reading and select the home page from there.
After you have selected the Home page, you can customize the header, you can install all the header templates that are included on the theme by going to Appearance > Import Demo Data > Templates.
How to edit the Header Template?
In the theme you can either use the header that comes as default where you can upload the logo from Customizer and manage it from there or via Elementor where you can create headers and assign them to different pages, so please hover onto button Edit with Elementor and see if there appears a header template.
We have done all you suggested but for some reason the Neutron Core plugin brought down the site ( stating critical error ) so we have de-activated it for th etime being and the template has half imported see site https://www.sahrugs.co.uk/ no images included.
We would like to used the Architecture template ( see attachement ) where do we find this to install - cant see this as an option
I've just updated the Neuron Core plugin to its latest version and the issue is fixed now.
As for the images, we can import the demo with the images included on your site, however, you do not have the right to use the photos included in the demo because you do not have the author's permission to use them. The reason why we could incorporate the photos inside the demo after the import is simply for aesthetic reasons.
Themes that contain the 'Free images Included' badge in the preview contain images that are allowed to be used by you without the permission of the author.
Thank you this look much better - at least we now have all the buttons. as mentioned in the previous email we would like to use the Architecture studio layout for the final website - we currently have design agency - how do we change this one we are ready. i wasn't given a option. See attachement
Also where do i change the menu? i cant seem to change it in the normal places? i just need Home amd contact for now until we have completed other pages

We just wonder now about the style of the temple. we were at the understanding that we could crate many differnt looks within this template. and we liked the Architecture Studio style ( see attachment) So could you advise how we can import this style ?
I am the client who David is building this website for and I paid for this template through Envato.
Why can’t David download the template I want and why is it taking days? I am on a deadline to complete this website and it’s costing me more money by not having the template I paid for from you.
Please send and resolve within the next 24 hours as I’m not too happy we have been waiting over 4 days still.and Envato have been informed as we have not heard from you.
If you want to have it with images included, I can do that, but as I said before you don't have the right to use them, I can add the images just for aesthetic reasons.

Sorry but I can't fully understand you, these are two different demos, if you're asking to change the frontpage of the site, you can do it by going to Dashboard > Settings > Reading > Homepage and selecting the Architecture Studio page.

You can change the menu items by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus, and make sure that you're editing the One Page Menu, and anything you change there will appear on the Architecture Studio header.
Yeah I thought this would be the case - however I cant seem to find the link that will make the about button work! when clicked i would like it to move to the bout section, but how do I link 'about' ? The other buttons just have #Services next too if i add this it makes no difference
Could you tell me how i add a CSS ID (instuctions) as you can see we have also added a contact button which will need the same & if we do happen to add more buttons it would be good to know.
I've fixed the About section by going to edit the page on Elementor's editor and then going to the About section > Advanced Tab and adding a CSS ID of "about".
Then I went to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > Edit Menu, and at the About link, I added the ID that we added to the section with the "#" symbol before the ID.
I am looking at other templates instead of the one David has developed.
I noticed the one attached is not the same as the demo when we downloaded - why is that? The images on this template goes downwards not to the left and right - why is that and can you fix asap?? (need it going left and right).
Please make sure all templates we have in our purchased set are the exact same as the Live demos you showed me and what I expected / paid for.

The image that David attached, is from a portfolio page that is displaying projects, so you can achieve that layout by adding the Post widget on your page and setting the layout to "Carousel", please take a look at the attached screenshot.
As for the combination of projects, please can you let us know which projects you're going to combine because as I said before, there can be an incompatibility between plugins that can break your site.
Why is the template i bought and David working on completely different to the one you are showing???
Please provide the correct template (Project Slider / attached) …it needs to slide left to right NOT top to bottom .. why is this even happening? .. we have never had this situation before?!

Yes, we had to deactivate that! We got a message saying ' There has been a critical error on this website" and it would not work again until we deactivated the Core plug-in? ( see attachment)
This is just a temporary server whilst IT's PR show their client, so we just want it on here for a very short time. FTI We host over 10 other sites on this server with many different templates and have never had this problem before ? Why ?
Can you just put your Template ( looking like the 'Project slides' sample page) on this server and add the last few images in the image library into the projects and film your screen whilst you do it, so we understand how this template works!
The purpose we buy templates it to save us time, we have spent more time on understanding this template than all the others together! However, sadly and frustrating for us the client does like the look of this template so we would just like to get it to working please
Be careful using these settings, some hosting companies don’t allow users to change PHP settings, if you experience any problem after making these changes, please revert these in your .htaccess file, using your FTP client.
I also suggest you update the PHP version to at least 8.0, the theme is fully compatible with PHP from 7.4 to 8.3, and updating the PHP can help you fix this issue.
we have now moved this to our ITSPR servers (very reliable for over 15 years!)
Your template still showing errors (see attachment) - same error message as staging on David’s servers! Something must be wrong with your template?!
What is happening?? Why can’t this template just be uploaded and edited like others we have bought?!
I need this resolved by Monday morning please else want a refund and will have to file a report to Envato / others as I am loosing time and money with this template from Neuron!
Alternative is Neuton fully upload the slider temple to our agency server by Monday - please answer yes or no?

I saw that you weren't using the latest version of the Neuron Core plugin, so I've just updated it by deleting the current version you had and installing the latest one (1.3) by going to Appearance> Install Plugins as it's already included in the theme package.
Thanks for the update and paying us some attention. It seems to have worked! My client is not happy at the delays / late replies so we have to repair this problem asap.
Please also revert to the attachment and advise how we just have images on the homepage with NO option to click through to a pop up / second page? … all we want is the image on the front and no need to click and open another page (see attachments).
Lastly, how can we add in a light box to the home page that has moving images (as oppose to still images which is the case now on all your templates?)
PS: Do you not have a video tutorial to help us build our websites? or a manual to explain how to do things? surely there is something as opposed to asking you constantly and waiting weeks??
We are trying to do the same on our other template we bought and we placed the code you mentioned but nothing changed?

Which i did correctly, However for your information i was given the incorrect code hence it did not work for me.

To make the items clickable again, you need to go to Customize > Additional CSS, and remove the CSS that was added to make the items unclickable, you need to remove the code we've sent you before, that has the "pointer-events" part in it.
1) Please go to the Post widget > Content tab > Carousel, and here you can set the carousel to Autoplay, and you also have the option to pause the play when you hover with the mouse.
We want to change the Sah Rugs logo in the top left in being more transparent on the mobile version only.
We have tried to change on the backend but it's not doing anything - please advise how we can make the Sah Rugs logo transparent and not a solid white background on the 'mobile site only'? (see attachment)

So, you need to go to the dashboard > portfolio > add new item, and create the item (don't' forget to attach the category that you're calling on the pages). Then go to the page to edit with Elementor > Post, you'll see that the post will be automatically added in the page, but you need to increase the posts per page to show the post you had before.
2) As for the carousel, I've just added it on your site below the projects, so please go to edit the Media Gallery widget > Query > Items and change the images.

You can change all the images inside Elementor's editor except the Post/Portfolio featured images.
To change the featured images you need to navigate to Dashboard > Post/Portfolio items and change the featured images of the items.

Yes, we had to deactivate that! We got a message saying ' There has been a critical error on this website" and it would not work again until we deactivated the Core plug-in? ( see attachment)
This is just a temporary server whilst IT's PR show their client, so we just want it on here for a very short time. FTI We host over 10 other sites on this server with many different templates and have never had this problem before ? Why ?
Can you just put your Template ( looking like the 'Project slides' sample page) on this server and add the last few images in the image library into the projects and film your screen whilst you do it, so we understand how this template works!
The purpose we buy templates it to save us time, we have spent more time on understanding this template than all the others together! However, sadly and frustrating for us the client does like the look of this template so we would just like to get it to working please

PHP Recommendations
If you don’t have access to the php.ini file, you can add the following values in your .htaccess file:
Be careful using these settings, some hosting companies don’t allow users to change PHP settings, if you experience any problem after making these changes, please revert these in your .htaccess file, using your FTP client.
I also suggest you update the PHP version to at least 8.0, the theme is fully compatible with PHP from 7.4 to 8.3, and updating the PHP can help you fix this issue.

we have now moved this to our ITSPR servers (very reliable for over 15 years!)
Your template still showing errors (see attachment) - same error message as staging on David’s servers! Something must be wrong with your template?!
What is happening?? Why can’t this template just be uploaded and edited like others we have bought?!
I need this resolved by Monday morning please else want a refund and will have to file a report to Envato / others as I am loosing time and money with this template from Neuron!
Alternative is Neuton fully upload the slider temple to our agency server by Monday - please answer yes or no?
I need to conclude and move on.

I saw that you weren't using the latest version of the Neuron Core plugin, so I've just updated it by deleting the current version you had and installing the latest one (1.3) by going to Appearance> Install Plugins as it's already included in the theme package.

Thanks for the update and paying us some attention. It seems to have worked! My client is not happy at the delays / late replies so we have to repair this problem asap.
Please also revert to the attachment and advise how we just have images on the homepage with NO option to click through to a pop up / second page? … all we want is the image on the front and no need to click and open another page (see attachments).
Lastly, how can we add in a light box to the home page that has moving images (as oppose to still images which is the case now on all your templates?)
PS: Do you not have a video tutorial to help us build our websites? or a manual to explain how to do things? surely there is something as opposed to asking you constantly and waiting weeks??

To make the items clickable again, you need to go to Customize > Additional CSS, and remove the CSS that was added to make the items unclickable, you need to remove the code we've sent you before, that has the "pointer-events" part in it.

In the theme you can either use the header that comes as default where you can upload the logo from Customizer and manage it from there or via Elementor where you can create headers and assign them to different pages, so please hover onto button Edit with Elementor and see if there appears a header template. https://prnt.sc/ppaaad

1) Please check the attached video on how to create a new project and display it on the page.
So, you need to go to the dashboard > portfolio > add new item, and create the item (don't' forget to attach the category that you're calling on the pages). Then go to the page to edit with Elementor > Post, you'll see that the post will be automatically added in the page, but you need to increase the posts per page to show the post you had before.
2) As for the carousel, I've just added it on your site below the projects, so please go to edit the Media Gallery widget > Query > Items and change the images.
