I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.

I’ve identified and fixed the issue that was causing the form error.
I’ve applied a fix directly on your site and the issue is now resolved. The form has been tested and is working correctly.
