The Nikaia theme doesn’t control translation options inside posts. Those options come entirely from the multilingual plugin you’re using (such as Polylang or WPML). If the translation panel isn’t showing, it usually means the plugin isn’t enabled for the post type or the language metabox is hidden in the screen options.
To fix the social media issue, please install and activate the Font Awesome plugin.
