I just started working on my website I added the theme file and activated it. It seemed to work fine but at the licence registration step I have nothing showing on my screen as you can see on the screenshot attached. How can I fix this issue please?
I downloaded the theme on theme forset and I just added the theme and activated it but I do not have the neuron control panel on the side. As it is shown on the video tutorial. Attached you can see the steps I followed.
Please let me know if I have the right version on the theme or if there is anything else blocking the installation.
Thanks for the file it worked great but why wasn,t I able to use the theme with the licence I brought on theme forest?
Also I used the comming soon template with the email registration and I wanted to know if it was normal that the arrow square of the send button looks like this? (screenshot)
I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.
1) This happened because the package you downloaded from ThemeForest may not have included the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin. It seems the version you had did not contain the Lilium theme license integrated into the plugin files. That’s why everything works correctly with the latest version.
2) Can you please provide me with your wp-admin, I will have a quick look to see what's going on.
1) I've fixed the Coming Soon form button, please check it.
2) The design of products seems to be missing, can I delete all your products and re-install them.
If you want, I can reset your site and re-import the demo data, but notice that after the reset, everything will be deleted.
Is there any page that you've created that you don't want to lose because after the reset everything will be deleted? If you have any, please attach the URL here so I can save it on my device and then import it also.

That happens because you need to install and activate all the theme's required plugins.
You can find the required plugins by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins.

All the plugins available in the plugin tab are istalled
Under appearence there is no install plugin tab from what I can see

I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
