We use some functions which connect directly with Envato API to see if the user made the purchase or not, we know it's exhausting, we're working on something easier which would activate it directly from your dashboard.
The reason why it didn't work is that other permissions were chosen as well, there should be only 3 and not others. (I'm sorry about this one too, it's the Envato API that requests this)

The template appears to be active, but the demos are still not visible and the system keeps requesting the registration code every time.
Considering the significant amount of time already spent trying to install and activate this template, which is still not working, and given the complexity of the activation process, we are unfortunately forced to abandon it.
Moreover, since the issue is entirely related to the template and its activation system, we kindly request a full refund of the template cost, as it is still not usable to date.
Confident in a positive response from your side, we remain waiting for the refund confirmation.
I’ve tried accessing the website from my side, but I’m currently seeing a “Restricted access” message, which prevents me from reaching the admin or frontend to properly investigate the issue. Because of this restriction, I’m unable to directly check the demo import and activation behavior on your site.
If you’d like, I’d still be very happy to help resolve this, once access is granted (or the restriction is lifted), I can review the license status, demo setup, and activation flow to fix the problem.
