Event List and blog post Not Visible when logging out

When I log out and view the website as a regular visitor, both the Event List and Blog Posts do not appear on mobile or desktop. They only show up when I’m logged in as an admin.

Could you please check why this content is not visible to logged-out users?

We'll see if the issue will be resolved when updating new plug in release tomorrow.

I noticed a couple of issues on the site:

    1. When I am logged out, the “Our Story” submenu does not appear at all.

Can you please check if there is any “logged-in only” visibility setting applied in the theme (Neuron Builder), menu, header template, or any display conditions?

    2. The “Apply Now” button at the top turns gray when I add a link to it.
The text color does not stay white, even if I change the style.

Please take a look and let me know once it’s resolved.
    Thank you!

I found another issue regarding the blog post widgets.

They are set to display 3 posts per row on desktop, but they currently appear as one large post per row. This issue happens on all pages where this widget is used.

Could you please take a look and fix it?

    Hi,

This can be caused by a plugin, can you please go and deactivate all of the plugins besides those that are required by the theme and check if the issue is gone, if so, then activate them one by one until the issue is back, this will help you to find which plugin is causing this issue.

Feel free to ask for anything you need.

    Kind Regards

    Hi

I followed your suggestion and deactivated Neuron Builder. Here’s what happened:

    • Neuron Builder deactivated:

      • The Our Story page is visible.

      • Clicking on Events shows an empty Event List.

      • All images on the homepage are missing.

      • The mobile hamburger menu works correctly.

    • Neuron Builder activated:

      • Blog post images appear.

      • Main homepage slider images are missing, and the counter does not work.

      • Clicking on Our Story or Events triggers:

“There has been a critical error on this website. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”
      • Overall, the full layout is broken.

It seems like this plugin is tightly connected to our site layout, but it also causes critical errors and missing content. I’d appreciate it if you could test this with Neuron Builder and suggest a solution, as the site layout is completely broken depending on whether it’s active or not.

    Thank you!
