I'm trying to setup my homepage in a similar way as on https://neuronthemes.com/akko/ where you see the 'hand gesture' and 'wheel' floating based on cursor position.

The dev team is working on a new update of the Neuron Builder plugin, and it will be released tomorrow (Monday). I'll let you know as soon as the update is out.
