Hi, yes it is fix my apologies on that. Also for reference I did delete the theme from the database just so it wouldn't mess up the theme im using now, that's what I was experiencing the first time I bought the theme.
The dev team is working on a new update of the Neuron Builder plugin, and it will be released tomorrow (Monday). I'll let you know as soon as the update is out.

Regarding the Zaan theme, I noticed that the instructions mention uploading Kanik. This is a mistake from the dev team, it should actually say Zaan.
If you’d like to switch from Otello to Zaan, I can handle that for you and import the Zaan demo directly on your website, so everything is set up correctly and ready for you to customize.

They do not work because due to the lack of response within the two weeks I had to start a new site just to get everything up and running. Considering this product comes with support and you guarantee a response within 48 hours, this is unacceptable.
Now that the theme is working I am still running into issues. The first? for the standard blog post the header image is supposed to be full screen but when I try to edit the post, it is not. In addition, the share icons on the post are not loading. Please see attached for screenshots
