I’m experiencing a critical error when trying to activate my WordPress theme. As soon as I click “Activate,” the site displays the message:

“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

I’ve already tried clearing the cache and deactivating plugins, but the issue still occurs. Could you please help me identify and fix the problem?

I’ve sent you the username and password for my WordPress admin.
I haven’t activated the theme because when I try to activate it from the admin panel, I get an error and can’t access the dashboard anymore.
Because of that, I had to delete the theme via the hosting File Manager.

I’ve tried, but that didn’t help either. Here I’m presenting in detail the steps I’ve taken:

    1.    Installed your main template and its child theme on a clean version of WordPress.

    2.    Added the Redux Framework plugin.

    3.    Installed and activated all the plugins that are required and recommended for your template to function.

    4.    Still, it gives a critical error.
