    Hello,
I'm using Tampa child template but everyday my website changes something else and I had to restore it from the backup. I always delete the unused plugins, but something here to change the neuronthemes to another theme. Yesterday my home page was saying 'I'm groot'.

Could you please check the account and maybe you can see what's wrong with it? You can find the login information here:

    Thanks

    Hi again,

I still have this issue. I disabled all the plugins I don't use on the website. I didn't experience this problem for a few days, but then it started again. Please check my account and see if you can identify the problem. It constantly changes the neuron template to another or deletes all the pages except the home page.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for letting us know. The issue you’re describing (like the “I’m Groot” text and random changes) doesn’t come from the theme; it usually happens if the website has been hacked or a plugin/hosting script has been compromised.

Here’s what I recommend doing right away:

    1. Change your WordPress and hosting passwords.

    2. Install a free security plugin such as Wordfence and run a full scan.

    3. Delete any plugins you don’t recognize or no longer use.

    4. Make sure everything (WordPress, theme, and plugins) is updated to the latest version.

Once you’ve done that, please let us know, and we’ll check from our side if anything theme-related might be affecting it.

    Kind regards,
