I just noticed that I no longer have access to the site.
Sometimes, shortcodes don’t render in the default WordPress Shortcode block because the plugin’s scripts or styles aren’t automatically loaded outside page builders.
A possible solution is to add the shortcode directly in a standard page/post block and ensure any required scripts are enqueued, or alternatively, we could add a small snippet in the theme to force the plugin’s scripts to load on that page.
Useless support I request a refund as the template doesn't work as described. You had plenty of time to fix it and you didn't so I needed to find an alternative solution.

If you're planning to get one of our other themes, I suggest you to take one of the themes that uses the Neuron Builder theme, these are the themes from Zaan to Kanik, they come with the plugin that has all the features of Elementor Pro.
A brief explanation of the Neuron Builder plugin:
Neuron Builder is a plugin that features within the Elementor page builder, offering you a wide variety of advanced and professional tools that will step up your design game to a whole different level. This way you will get the utmost extensibility and functionality, without having to obtain a pro license with Elementor.
So all the demo pages are made with the Neuron Builder and Elementor plugins, and you don't need to purchase a pro license of Elementor in order to use the theme.
No matter what I do the form will not show on the contact page. Any help will be appreciated.

resolved myself using elementor to render shortcodes. please find a fix else I will request a refund this template is not worth the price
