Hi, I would like to ask how to properly install the demo pages. Essentially none of the previews of the pages look like the demo initially and I cannot get them to correctly show on the website
Hey I am still waiting on your reply. I am in a rush as the rest of my project is ready to go. This is causing me operating losses, if this carries on I will sue you. The 50 dollar cost isn’t much but the cost of employees is adding up as the entire team is waiting. If you cannot solve this for me by tomorrow, I will be demanding you to either refund the cost of the theme. Otherwise I will be telling others on social media that your company has terrible support. I hope you can solve this for me immediately.
It seems that the demo wasn't imported correctly, can I reset your site and re-import the demo data, but notice that after the reset, everything will be deleted.
Is there any page that you've created that you don't want to lose because after the reset everything will be deleted? If you have any, please attach the URL here so I can save it on my device and then import it also.
Hi! I am trying to open a ticket but it will not accept my purchase code. The site title on my client's website all of a sudden defaulted back to the theme title. Even though the site title in the settings and customisation has been set to the company name it is now showing "Arkhitekton - Modern Architecture" all of a sudden. Please can you assist.
I am now encountering an issue where the template doesnt seem to automatically apply when creating a new post. Is it correct for me to assume that the Post (Single) template should be automatically applying to every new post created?
I have reached out on the email provided but have not received a response to the issue in 10 days. Please can you come back to me - I have followed up via email.
