    Hello,

    I have had my website reskinned with the Amina theme. It is running the latest version. (Wild As The Wind Natural Skincare & Essential Oils)

    Sadly, however, it appears that the theme isn't entirely conforming to the needs of WooCommerce. Can you please let me know when this will be fixed?

    This is the alert I have received from WooCommerce:

    "Your theme (Amina Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

    1. Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version."

    Thank you for responding. I will need your email address to set you up with administrator-status on the site. We will need to be able to share logins etc, privately... so, please advise how you would like to do that.

    Further to the detail I have already provided re. the outdated Woo template files...

    There seems to be a plugin conflict also. Every time Elementor and/or the Neuron Builder are updated I get an auto-generated WP email saying there's a fatal error on the website. 

    I performed a plugin update on Friday afternoon, and haven't been able to access the Elementor editor all weekend, as it never completes loading the editing panel. I also received a WP "fatal error" email.

    Here is the relevant info from the latest WP alert, describing the fatal error:

    WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

    In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Neuron Builder.

    First, visit your website (https://wildasthewind.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://wildasthewind.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php) and check for any visible issues."

    Once I have your email address, to create admin logins for you, I will also be able to forward emails. The website has had a whole raft of these WP "fatal error" emails, since it went live.

    Some background info may also be helpful: Wild As The Wind Natural Skincare & Essential Oils was reskinned by a WooCommerce approved agency, using the Amina theme. Previously it used the Genesis framework with the Jessica theme by 9seeds. The reskinning took place on a staging website provided by my hosting company: Krystal Hosting.

    The reskinned version of the site went live on 7 July, 2025, and has experienced many issues from the get-go. I am now working with a new developer (Henrique) to resolve these issues, many of which were UX/UI related. Henrique has also been dealing with the plugin updates due to all the fatal error messages being received from WP. However, I updated the plugins on Friday afternoon, myself.

    The caching plugin, Lite Speed Cache, is required by the hosting company. The agency performing the reskinning of the website deactivated this prior to the site going live, but Krystal Hosting have confirmed that the optimistion of the plugin, performed by Krystal Hosting a couple of years ago, was retained when the plugin was reactivated, (on my request), just before the new version of the site went live.

    I will share this ticket with Henrique so that he is aware of developments. As Henrique is the one with all the technical skills, it is perhaps best that you deal directly with him if you need further information, etc? I will set this up once we have a means of communicating privately, to facilitate the sharing of sensitive information, etc. 

    I hope you can fix the issue soon. It's been a long, hard, challenging road to get to this point, and my business is really suffering from neglect.
