Hello, I am having the same problems that others are having with the theme. It hangs on the second welcome screen where it's supposed to install woocommerce and Elementor. This was on a fresh blank wordpress install.
So I've done some debugging and fixed an error in your theme. In your inc/plugins.php file there is a random "w" in the beginning of the file that breaks things. It's not inside any php code or brackets. See attached image.
Also to get past the stuck on installation screen, users need to go into the backend on the main Captura theme, click the theme details hover box, then installing woocommerce and Elementor on there finally works. The main screen when you get to step two, always hangs and doesn't install woocommerce and elementor.
I managed to get it working but had to spend close to 2 hours debugging things. It's in an ok state right now, but given the errors, could I get maybe a partial refund? I've been in the web design business since 2013, so I was able to get it in a workable state but not after spending time inspecting errors in google chrome.
Can you please provide me with your wp-admin, I will have a quick look to see what's going on.
The issue seems to be that the package you downloaded from ThemeForest didn't include the latest version of the theme, as we've already fixed these issues.
If you could create a user for me with the following email: [email protected], I can help you to set up the theme ASAP.
It seems that the demo wasn't imported correctly, can I reset your site and re-import the demo data, but notice that after the reset, everything will be deleted.
Is there any page that you've created that you don't want to lose because after the reset everything will be deleted? If you have any, please attach the URL here so I can save it on my device and then import it also.
