    Hello,

I’ve followed all steps to generate the API Token, tested with both all permissions and minimal required permissions, and the token appears correctly in https://build.envato.com/my-apps/.

However, when I enter the token to activate the Zaan Theme license, nothing happens. No error is displayed, but the activation does not proceed or unlock features.

Please advise on how to resolve this issue.

    Hi,

We use some functions which connect directly with Envato API to see if the user made the purchase or not, we know it's exhausting, we're working on something easier which would activate it directly from your dashboard.

The reason why it didn't work is that other permissions were chosen as well, there should be only 3 and not others. (I'm sorry about this one too, it's the Envato API that requests this)

    1. View and search Envato sites
    2.  Download your purchased items
    3. List purchases you've made

Please let me know if you need further help.

Feel free to ask for anything you need.

    Kind Regards

The installation was done exactly as instructed, selecting only the three specified permissions (“View and search Envato sites”, “Download your purchased items”, and “List purchases you've made”). However, it still does not work.

The problem is not with the permissions. From the start, the installation wizard never appeared, so everything had to be set up manually. Because of this, there is no automatic connection between the theme, the required plugins, and especially the demo content.

I even tried to import the content.xml manually through the Tools > Import option in WordPress, but the process times out and does not complete. That’s why I need an installer that performs all the steps the wizard is supposed to do.

If there is any working alternative for a full automatic installation, please let me know.
