Dear Neuron Themes Support Team,

I purchased the Zaan theme specifically for the Metro Home layout as showcased in your demo.

However, the demo import process does not work as expected. I have followed all available instructions and attempted the manual import method provided in the package, but it did not work.

1. Installed both Zaan Parent and Child themes correctly via FTP.

2. Installed and activated all required plugins.

3. Increased server resources:

   • memory_limit = 512M

   • max_execution_time = 300

   • max_input_vars = 10000

4. Checked the package and found that no demo importer plugin was included.

5. Attempted the manual XML import, which failed.

• The package does not include a demo importer plugin.

• The manual XML import fails with HTTP ERROR 500 after several attempts.

• The package does not include installation instructions.

• There is no working one-click import tool provided in the package.

1. A functional demo importer for Metro Home.

2. Clear instructions on how to complete the installation.

3. Or a refund, if the full functionality cannot be provided.

Please advise on how to proceed to resolve this issue.

Additionally, I noticed that a Neuron panel is missing from the WordPress dashboard.

According to your troubleshooting guide, the correct path should be:

WordPress Dashboard > Neuron > License

However, no Neuron panel appears on my installation.

The only new menu item that appeared was "Portfolio", which does not allow license activation, demo import, or layout management.

Please clarify if this is expected behavior or if my package is incomplete.

I think I solved it installing the theme via Wordpress instead of FTP

But now I'm stucked in License Verification. I put the key and nothing happens. Save changes. Nothing happens.
