We've done a lot of research and tried to fix that issue, but it seems that the issue is not coming from our side, the issue has to do with the Additional Custom Breakpoints, so as soon as we deactivate the feature the issue is gone (https://prnt.sc/D0OVLtOhhNzM), if possible to keep as this for now, we'll surely try to fix this in the future and we'll check if the Elementor side is going to release anything about this.
You can also take a look at the following article about the issue:
You can take a look at the Documentation of the theme, and also at the Video Tutorials, where you'll find anything you need to know about working with the Neuron Builder and Kanik Theme.
Hi all

This is still coming up on first load of the site.
I can not keep my client happy much longer with this.
May lead to not using this theme and going back to Avada.
Can you pls let me know what you mean by Additional Custom Breakpoints. Maybe we can live with just the default breakpoints?
Regards
I switched the Additional Custom Breakpoint off.
Looks like that did the trick!
Very glad to know you found a solution.
