Hi, I'm setting up my Hikone theme on Wordpress and got this message: 

There has been a critical error on this website, putting it in recovery mode. Please check the Themes and Plugins screens for more details. If you just installed or updated a theme or plugin, check the relevant page for that first.

I think it is a problem with the Neuron builder so I have deactivated it. Is this a common problem? I don't actually understand what the Nueron Builder is. Could you share a theme installation guide or video for Hikone? I can't see any support material to follow.
