Ive tried everything, ensuring theme setup is done accurately, adding in the api token, double checking the system info, license and even deleting and reuploading the zip file. please help on this.
I've even donwloaded the Envanto Market's Plug In and inserted the API code. Everything is running there. But once i did this, the license tab under Neuron stopped working.
Thank you for amending that. I have a couple of questions:
1. Right now i am unable to swap the page to any of the other designs, i only have the main home and its only one singular page. how can i add the menu tab for different pages and how can i interchange between the designs? i tried referring to the tutorial of adding template in elementor but there are none of the zaan template here
You won't see the demo pages at the template library, the demo pages that were imported are placed at Dashboard > Pages, if you go there, you'll find all the Zaan demo pages as I've already imported them on your site.
Can you please check them and confirm?
You can take a look at the Documentation of the theme, and also at the Video Tutorials, where you'll find anything you need to know about working with the Neuron Builder and Zaan Theme.
I've managed to solve the navigation issue, but can you direct me to how i can find my blog post layouts? I've looked in pages but its not there, as well as theme builder (images shown below)
I've been trying to donwload the theme via demo importer, I've done all necessary steps such as verifying purchase in Appearance tab and etc.
Its been loading for hours.
