I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.
At the demo importer, you'll see only the Main Demo, that's because all of the Zaan demo pages are grouped in the Main Demo that you can import. From the screenshot you've attached, it seems that you've already imported the demo data, so you can find the pages by going to Dashboard > Pages.
I get multiple issue...

This happens because you've tried to install the whole theme package, you should extract the folder and install only the zaan.zip.
