Subject: License Activation Issue – API Response Forbidden
Dear NeuronThemes Support Team,
I recently purchased the Neuron theme from Envato / ThemeForest and encountered the following error while trying to activate the license in WordPress:
Failed to query total number of items in API response – Forbidden
I have already generated an Envato API token and ensured that the required permissions are enabled (View and search Envato sites, Download purchased items, List purchases you’ve made). However, the issue persists.
Could this be related to theme settings? Please advise on how to resolve this error.

I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
