Hi, Ive reached out to wordpress about this issue for months and have yet to be resolved. Ive had countless people subscribing to my website and only 21 seen to have went through. They even said that they even confirmed the email. So just the other day I added an email manually and it never sent a confirmation email. so I reached out to wordpress/jetpack again and they said that there is a conflict between the Neuron theme and jackpack. Here is a screenshot of what they said. Please advise
