I am having difficulties with just getting this theme to work, the tutorial videos are also outdated so the updates to elementor don't match. I want to just be able to click templated versions of the different pages and fill them in with information but when I am in elementor none of the library of templates show up based on what the videos say should be there. I can see the template pages but can't delete any of them. Also the header includes every single page and doesn't let me edit it for Home Parralax. I just need support really excited to use the template but feeling like it's not working

This really urgent as i expected to be all good to go and have a site by today. If I don't hear back I will need to ask for a refund to spend my money elsewhere.

How do i do that?? 

The below response is not helpful, the theme is uploaded you asked for my login information can you just login and reset everything get it to work today or I am going to need a refund. Please help love the theme it shouldn't be this hard.
