I hope you're doing well. I’m currently using the demo version of your product and have encountered a few issues and questions:
Empty Pre-Made Blocks and Templates:
The pre-made blocks and templates are empty. Is this expected behavior in the demo?
Blocked Widgets:
Some widgets appear as blocked, as if I need to purchase them again. Is this a demo limitation or an issue?
Demo Usability:
The guide mentions building pages from scratch, but I’m using the demo version. Is it acceptable to continue building my project using the demo?
Customizing Pre-Made Categories:
I’d like to change the pre-made categories to populate my demo. How can I do that? Also, how can I change the color of each different category tab
Routing Pages from the Demo:
I want to route pages like "Contact Us" from the demo to a button in a new navigation menu with a different name. Could you guide me on how to achieve this?
Customizing Post Display Pages:
When I create a new post, it defaults to a basic page from the demo. How can I change which page from the demo is used to display my posts?
Using pages outside the Demo
Some pages in the main menu ain't part of the Demo, but rather open in another window, like "Other list types" opens in https://neuronthemes.com/otello/blog-three-columns/ Do i have access to these pages?
Thank you for your help! I look forward to your guidance.
2) If any Neuron widget appears locked, it has to do with the plugin license, so please make sure you've activated the Neuron Builder's license by going to Dashboard > Neuron > License.
3) Yes, of course, you can import all the demo pages by going to Dashboard > Neuron > Demo Importer and import the Main Demo, and then use it as your website content.
4) To change the categories you need to go to Posts > Categories (or the relevant custom taxonomy if the site uses custom post types).
Hover over the category you want to edit and click Edit.
Change the name, slug, description, or any other relevant fields.
5) Can you please check the following article on how to edit the header template, and then you can do the changes you want.
7) You can find these pages by going to Dashboard > Pages > search for Blog Three Columns, all of them are included in the demo importer.
You can take a look at the Documentation of the theme, and also at the Video Tutorials, where you'll find anything you need to know about working with the Neuron Builder and Otello Theme.
Feel free to ask for anything you need.Kind Regards
