    Hi!  Unfortunately I have been trying close to a month now to get my theme to work and at this point I would like you to please process my refund request.  After 3 weeks of back and forth with no clear solutions being offered, a refund is the least you can do.  I have submitted for a refund via envato, please process this asap.
