I need help importing this purchased site into my wordpress account. Please let me know if I need to download anything for this to work. This is a new start for me.
First of all, you need to be sure that you've installed and activated all the plugins that are required by the theme, you can find them by going to Appearance > Install Plugins.
Then you need to activate the Neuron Builder's license, you can do it by going to Dashboard > Neuron > License.
Can you please take a look at the following video tutorial on how to activate the License?
After you activate the license, you can import all of the Kanik pre-made demo templates by going to Dashboard > Neuron > Demo Importer.
You can take a look at the Documentation of the theme, and also at the Video Tutorials, where you'll find anything you need to know about working with the Neuron Builder and Kanik Theme.
Hi, Your info worked. However, I made a mistake and deleted the page template called "parallax home". Is there a way to reset the theme or what can I do to recover it? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Thanks for your help
Hi, I have a few questions and concerns and after that I think i will be on my way.
1. I updated Elementor to Elementor Pro and it immediately re-arranged my menu to something totally different that I didn't like and it also made it difficult to see the header on the black page styles. So I un-installed it and it went back to how everything was just the way i like it.
2. I need to know how to replace the existing photos in the neuron template and was as the hover text over the photos. I can't find a setting that will allow me to edit and /or replace the current photos and hover captions.
3. do i need to go back to Elementor Pro to make some of these changes?

I've just fixed the issue of the header templates, a demo page was missing from your site, and at the default header, it was set to be excluded from all pages when you activate the Elementor Pro, so I've just activated the plugin, went to the template > display conditions, and removed that condition that will remove the header, please check the site now.
actually i have not touched those setting! The page adjusted itself after the update. However, I do appreciate everything.
Can you look at the tab called "events 2025" that the one that doing it that i'm concerned with. I tried to make the sticky adjustments just now be they didn't work for me.

However the update did something strange to the events 2025 page. When I scroll down, the event sections are cut-off and is viewed on one side.

I've just fixed the issue, I saw that you've set all the containers to be sticky, that's why it wasn't working as expected.
So, I've just set it to the same settings as in the Kanik demo and now it's working.
