Demo import will start to import and then not finish.  No error message, just reset back to normal page.  Trying to import an already purchased theme.

    Hi,

    PHP Recommendations

    Memory Size: memory_limit = 256M
    Script execution time: max_execution_time = 400
    Number of input variables: max_input_vars = 4000

If you don’t have access to the php.ini file, you can add the following values in your .htaccess file:

    php_value max_execution_time 400
    php_value memory_limit 256M
    php_value upload_max_filesize 10M

Be careful using these settings, some hosting companies don’t allow users to change PHP settings, if you experience any problem after making these changes, please revert these in your .htaccess file, using your FTP client.

Feel free to ask for anything you need.

    Kind Regards

Pretty novice to all of this, so the info you provided does not mean much of anything to me.  Any further explanation/ steps would be greatly appreciated!

Figured out how to adjust and all of the settings were already at or above your recommended, still having same issue with demo import not working.  Any other ideas?

Some other things that I have noticed...when I have the Captura theme activated I am not able to search new plugins or search other themes (both show error codes).  As soon as I activate another theme native to wordpress, these issues go away.  In addition, when I have the Captura theme activated, Elementor page builder will not open at all...again, this issue is solve when I activate a native theme to wordpress.

This is all besides the point because in Neuron, the Captura demo still won't import.  This is getting really frustrating and I am realizing, after some reading, that this is a very common issue people are having with neuron products.  Please help with a fix!

    Hi,

I've just imported the demo data on your site, can you please take a look at it?

Hi, I see the demo imported now.  Thank you!  I guess my next question is where can I access all of the pre built page templates for drag and drop editing?  Would this be within elementor?  Thank you!

    Hi, following up on this...

Hi!  I actually ended up wanting to use this theme on a different domain/website that I am using.  Having the same issue with import the theme there as well.  Why is it not working?  I will post those admin details privately and hoping you can help fix this problem.  Thank you!

Just to add some more context to the issue I am having...when I go to add a new page or post or anything in elementor, I click on the folder button to try to access the templates I should have via the theme that I purchased, but nothing shows up!

Thank you in advance for the help!

    Hi,

The demo is not being importet as your PHP settings are not meeting the recommended settings, please take a look at them by going to Dashboard > Elementor > System Info, and then change the Memory Limit and try to import the demo data again.

    PHP Recommendations

    Number of input variables: max_input_vars = 4000

Really?  We already tried that down below and figured out it was not the PHP settings causing the import failure.  This is getting a little ridiculous.  You also did not address my concerns that on the site that I was able to import the theme (because you went in and did it manually), the theme is not actually showing up when trying to add a new element in elementor editor.  This is an even bigger problem!

At this point, I have submitted a request for an immediate refund and left a review on the overall lack of the product actually working and the subpar customer support.

Would love for your to prove me wrong here and help me get this figured out, but after a week of trying to use something that is "user friendly" I am extremely discouraged.
