I'm encountering a strange issue. When I view my website, the H2 titles are displaying in the serif font I've selected. However, when my friend checked the same page, she couldn't see the font applied (she sees a sans serif one instead). She has a PC, and I have a Macbook.
Could there be a problem with the code, or is there something else causing the font to not render correctly?
I already talked about the issue in ticket #3709517, but didn't get more answers (probably because it's marked as solved).

I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
