I manually installed the extension, and did so by uploading manually neuron-builder.zip. the whole webpage is overwritten with new design and now the whole page has crashed. "A critical error happened on that site".
i want the old design without neuron builder theme on top of it restored. without a crash. jetpack won't let me restore it. is jetpack compatible with neuron builder. how can I undo dthe redesign and the crash pls help
