    Hi there, regarding #3741015.

    The elements on the homepage and Work page are not showing on the front end (please see images). This problem came about after Neuron's theme update. I have now manually updated the Neuron core; there is no additional CSS code and there is no child theme active. Neuron's delayed replies and suggestions have amounted to inadequate support and failed to fix this issue.

    Does Neuron intend to assist me in fixing this broken theme, or must I insist on a refund for my payment for renewal of support last week and take alternative action?

    Yes, I've paid for support and clearly asked for what I need and Neuron has provided no helpful advise or fixed anything in the space of 10 days. Admin details as follows...

    Hi,

    This can be caused by a plugin, can you please go and deactivate all of the plugins besides those that are required by the theme and check if the issue is gone, if so, then activate them one by one until the issue is back, this will help you to find which plugin is causing this issue.

    Yes, after I discovered that Neuron's theme was broken, the first thing I did was go through all the plugins.

    There is now only four active and they are essential: Neuron Core, Slider Revolution, Elementor and Envato Market active, and the theme still doesn’t function properly!

    So Neuron has now told me to up date Neuron core, remove all my CSS coding, deactivate my Child theme and deactivate all plugins... and it’s still not working. What next?

    Hi there,

    Two weeks ago, I paid $53 dollars for support renewal after a Neuron update broke my Bifrost themed website. Neuron have failed to fix the problem and I’m left with a website which no longer functions. I’d like a full refund on the support renewal please, to enable me to buy a different theme so that I can have a functioning website. Are you willing to provide my refund or must I take it this issue further?

    Cool, I'll follow that link.

    I finally got my site fixed, by the way -- for the time being at least. I'm informed that Bifrost is working on an old version of PHP. The host had to downgrade to that old version to get the site functioning. Apparently the theme (and/or its essential plugins) is currently incompatible with the latest version of PHP. I hope this information helps.
