    Hi,
Although my header seems to show well on other 'home' pages in mobile view.
On the Agency Home page it is not showing in mobile view, despite showing on desktop and tablet. It is visible when editing, but when viewing preview it looks like this:

    Hi,

Please take a look at the following article on how to set up the actions after submitting the form.

    Hi,

To help troubleshoot the issue with the Elementor form submissions not being received, here are a few things to check and try:

    1. Check the Email Logs
    • Ensure that the website is sending emails. Sometimes WordPress emails can get blocked or go to spam folders.
    • You can install an email logging plugin like WP Mail Logging to track outgoing emails and confirm if the form submissions are actually being sent.
    2. Test the Email Action
    • Double-check the email address in the Email action under the form settings. Sometimes typos or incorrect email formats can cause issues.
    • Test the form with a different email address (like a personal Gmail address) to see if the issue is with the email provider or hosting.
    3. SMTP Configuration
    • Often, WordPress emails may not be sent correctly due to server configurations. Installing and configuring an SMTP plugin, like WP Mail SMTP, can ensure emails are properly sent. You will need SMTP settings from the client's email provider (such as Gmail, Outlook, etc.).

Feel free to ask for anything you need.

    Kind Regards
