    I would like to find the origin of the short codes in order to modify them. The one I'm looking for is [contact-form-7 id=‘5430’ title=‘Modern Style’]
    I need to put it in French for users, but it's not in the registered wp form templates. Where is it stored?
    Can you help me?

    You can edit the contact forms by going to Dashboard > Contact > Contact Forms.
