Hi, I purchased your theme recently but the Plugin Slider Revolution has started asking me for a licence key, do you have one I can use or is this not supported?
Also My website isn't live yet as I am trying to adjust it before publishing.
I'm trying to edit my front page if you could advise on a couple of issues I am stuck with
Site wide Logo needs to be overlayed on the top left of the slide show and made much smaller
The ‘Classic’ menu needs to be placed overlayed on the top right of the slide show and a similar size to the logo so they look balanced.
There is an issue with elementor which keeps breaking and not letting me edit the pages. Is there anything I can try to stop this?
The two images with text do not show the text properly when I make my browser bigger. Example photos below the first two are correct, bottom two are when I make the screen bigger and the text changes and are unreadable. I would also like in the first photo the text not to be obscuring the peoples faces. If this could look good in mobile too.
I was trying to make the ‘recent work’ another page to filter my blog posts, with different sections of ‘Portraits’ ‘Weddings’ etc. But I can’t seem to adapt it from the original Childs theme and it is still showing the child's theme’s blog posts. I’m not sure what error I am making. Example photo below. Also the logo and the ‘Classic menu’ is about the correct size for the home page, perhaps the logo a bit bigger.

The author misspelled it, he wrote that you need to paste the Envato Purchase Code, but that's the license of his plugin(Revolution Slider), not the license of our theme. We have purchased an extended license and included it for free in our theme, so you don't have to purchase and extra license for Revolution Slider.
We would love to give free access to our customers in their template library, but we cannot share our license, since we have only one. They have the such called Direct Customer Benefit. That's their idea not ours, we're sorry.
If your theme is not running on the latest version of the Slider Revolution, please check on ThemeForest if the theme has been updated recently or not. https://prnt.sc/qrtvof
You can also check on the theme changelog if the recent Slider Revolution is added or not. https://prnt.sc/qrtw1i
If you see that the latest version is added, simply download a copy in ThemeForest > Downloads and extract that zip file, inside onto includes > plugins you'll find the zip file of Revolution Slider (revslider.zip). If you see that is not the latest version, create a ticket or let us in the comments that we should update it.
It seems that the demo wasn't imported correctly, can I reset your site and re-import the demo data, but notice that after the reset, everything will be deleted.
Is there any page that you've created that you don't want to lose because after the reset everything will be deleted? If you have any, please attach the URL here so I can save it on my device and then import it also.
