I hope this message finds you well. First and foremost, the link you provided for support is not working (see attached screenshot), which further complicates my situation.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the theme I purchased from your company. Unfortunately, the theme has not worked as expected and contains numerous bugs that have severely impacted my project.
After purchasing the theme, I hired a programmer to upload my information, only to discover several critical issues, including pages overlapping and functionality problems. These bugs have made it impossible to create a functional website.
Additionally, I reached out to your support team, but unfortunately, I did not receive timely assistance. This lack of support further delayed my project and added to the overall frustration.
To provide some context:
I purchased your theme.
Afterward, I bought domain and hosting services from Hostinger, which cost me 55 EUR for a year.
I also paid a programmer 50 USD to help me set up the website, which ultimately couldn’t be completed due to the issues with your theme.
Now, I am left without a working website despite investing in hosting services, domain registration, and programmer assistance. Given these circumstances, I kindly request a full refund for the theme, as well as compensation for the Hostinger services and the programmer’s fees.
Should this matter not be resolved promptly, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the issue to Envato for further action.
I trust that you will understand the inconvenience this has caused and will take appropriate action. I look forward to your prompt response.
