    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply, it's the weekend and we're working only part-time

    PHP Recommendations

    Memory Size: memory_limit = 256M
Script execution time: max_execution_time = 400
Number of input variables: max_input_vars = 4000

    If you don’t have access to the php.ini file, you can add the following values in your .htaccess file:

    php_value max_execution_time 400
php_value memory_limit 256M
php_value upload_max_filesize 10M

    Be careful using these settings, some hosting companies don’t allow users to change PHP settings, if you experience any problem after making these changes, please revert these in your .htaccess file, using your FTP client.

    I often experience that a serious error has occurred on the website. I don't know why, as we have increased all resources to the recommended level. In such cases, the text content disappears on the portfolio pages, the footer and the menu system do not work. We frequently had to involve an external developer in the project as well. Currently, it is quite disruptive, and I would like to find a solution because the use of the site is uncertain this way.

    Hi,

    I provided my login details two days ago. Has there been any progress since then? I am very frustrated that the template is unusable and unreliable. Currently, I can't even modify the footer due to the issues mentioned earlier. I would like a refund if this is not resolved
