    Not sure if this is the right place for this issue. I am inquiring on getting extended support for free or at a discount. I've experienced on numerous times which all are documented in the support portal no response to multiple tickets, to the point where I had to open up tickets to get someone to respond to the tickets that were at least a week overdue.
