We can make it with some custom JS code, so can you please provide me with your wp-admin, then I'll install a plugin that allows us to add custom codes and will apply the changes on your site.
I can write JavaScript code myself. I just want to know if opening an article in a new tab is a built-in function or not. According to your answer, it seems not supported in the current version. I hope it can be supported in the future.
I've added a 'post' component to the page, but I haven't found the setting to open the article link in a new window.

Unfortunately, there's no theme custom option to open the articles i a new window, the only way to do it is via custom code.
