    Hi there. I have just purchased your theme and attempting to run the demo content import as per your documentation. 

    However, the first step here is to select 'Neuron Panel' - which is missing from my Wordpress dashboard as per the attached screenshot.

    Please may you advise how I can rectify this?

    Hi,

    I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.

    Thank you for your help with the below.

    I now have access to the missing Neuron sidebar area and have following the instruction on importing demo content to the letter, however this simply isn't working.

    When I press on 'import' on the screenshot below, the cta will show as 'importing' for around two minutes then return to its original state. No content has been imported and I cant see any of the demo theme other than a few blank pages saved as draft.

    I have deleted the theme and re-uploaded it, tried the same process for a child of the main theme and also deleted and re-added Elementor. Whatever I do I get the same result as above.

    Adding chromes console view of this issue for reference. I would greatly appreciate someone coming back to me on this today else I will need to use an alternative theme in order to keep my deadlines.

    Hi,

    PHP Recommendations

    Memory Size: memory_limit = 256M
Script execution time: max_execution_time = 400
Number of input variables: max_input_vars = 4000

    If you don’t have access to the php.ini file, you can add the following values in your .htaccess file:

    php_value max_execution_time 400
php_value memory_limit 256M
php_value upload_max_filesize 10M

    Be careful using these settings, some hosting companies don’t allow users to change PHP settings, if you experience any problem after making these changes, please revert these in your .htaccess file, using your FTP client.

    Good morning.

    Thank you for the below. I have followed these instructions carefully and it did nothing to resolve the issue.

    Regrettably, I am calling time on this here. I downloaded your theme on Tuesday and have nothing to show for it. Every step of what should be a simple process of trying to install your theme has not worked, and unfortunately I can not invest any more time in trying to recover this. 

    Please may I request a full refund of my purchase from Neuron so I can go find another theme. I will now need to work through the weekend to recover my lost time in dealing with your business. This has been a very poor experience.

    Good afternoon.

    I requested a refund from the below link which has been rejected by Neuron, asking that I come back to support in order to resolve the issues I am experiencing. 

    I have had to pay for additional support services from Godaddy in order to run your theme which seems bizarre, however they have updated my server settings to allow for the demo importer to run.

    I have just tried this again and it still does not work!

    Can you please advise either how I can import the demo content for this theme with my current server settings (See screenshot attached) or alternatively which values I need to change in order for this to run properly?

    I will reply privately to this thread with a login for you should you wish to investigate further.
