Hi, I find the pages of the demo. However, what if I need to import another demo again? Open a new ticket? How do I make the demo import function work?

    Hi,

I wanted to address the 403 Forbidden error that you've encountered. After thorough investigation, I can confirm that this issue is not related to our theme. Here are a few potential causes of the error:

    1. File Permissions: Sometimes, incorrect permissions on files and directories can cause access issues. It's important to ensure that directories are set to 755 and files to 644.
    2. .htaccess Rules: Misconfigurations in the .htaccess file can lead to 403 errors. This file controls access permissions and can sometimes contain incorrect directives.
    3. IP Blocking: The server might be blocking certain IP addresses, including your own, due to security settings.
    4. Plugin Conflicts: Certain plugins, especially security plugins, can cause access issues. Disabling plugins one by one can help identify if a specific plugin is causing the problem.
    5. Server Configuration: The server's configuration might have settings that are causing the error, and this would need to be checked by the hosting provider.
    6. CDN Issues: If you're using a Content Delivery Network (CDN), it might be blocking access to certain resources.

To resolve this, I recommend checking the file permissions, reviewing the .htaccess file for any misconfigurations, and verifying any IP blocking rules. Additionally, disabling all plugins and re-enabling them one by one can help identify if a specific plugin is causing the issue.

If the problem persists, it might be best to reach out to your hosting provider to check the server configuration and any potential issues with the CDN.

We think that the 2 star rate is a bit unfair, as the error is not caused by the theme, we're willing to do our best to help you solve this issue and hope we can improve that rate to 5 star

Feel free to ask for anything you need.

    Kind Regards

Unfortunately I have other works in progress on the side with exactly the same configuration, with the same host. Everything works perfectly with other themes...

If I had known that it would be so complicated with this theme, I wouldn't have bought it...

    Hi,

I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.

Have you had a chance to go through the points I mentioned before, can I take another look at your site?

Feel free to ask for anything you need.
