I recently purchased the neuron theme installed it but have not been able to activate the theme by confirming my license. The license panel is not showing up on my tabs, and when i click on it in y neuron panel it says I am not authorized to view it
It seems that you also have the Envato Market plugin activated, as when Neuron Builder and Envato Market plugins are activated, the priority over license moves from Neuron to Envato plugin.
I suggest you deactivate the Envato Market plugin and activate the license through the Neuron Builder plugin.
