I'm really sorry for the late reply, somehow your tickets were marked as solved.
I've led the issue to the dev team as the Sticky Optiion seems not to be working properly, can you please attach a screenshot of what you want to make sticky, so we can add some CSS to achieve that until the team fixes the issue?
I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.
It seems that there's an issue with the Sticky option of the Neuron Builder plugin, so I've led the issue to the dev team and will get back to you as soon as I get an update.
We're truly sorry about your experience with our support team, somehow we kept forgetting your tickets, and we know that this is unacceptable, we've got a report from the team, that your tickets weren't answered, and we can promise that this won't happen ever again.
I can see that the issue has not been fixed yet, so I was going to add some CSS to make the sidebar sticky, but it's not working as it has too much content that doesn't fit in one screen, as the CSS is not being applied when there's more content than a screen can fit.
I'll put more pressure on the dev team and hope they'll get it fixed ASAP.
I cannot figure out how to create a sticky sidebar where it stays in place while you scroll to read the story
Hi,
I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.
Can you please take a look at the following article on how to use the Sticky Scrolling feature?
Feel free to ask for anything you need.
Kind Regards
This is the view I have, the article did not help as it does not display the same options

Hello, I havent received a response and it's been a week. Can I get an update on my issue?
Hi,
I'm so sorry for the late reply, we had some holidays.
Please make sure you're using the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin (1.0.8.8), and let me know if this version works for you.
I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.

Feel free to ask for anything you need.

This has been updated, however I'm not sure if the CSS you all added needs to be added again. I still can't make the side sticky.
I have yet to receive a response and I dont know why this ticket is closed.
