Can't import Demo Theme

    Hi there,

    I tried to import the demo theme for Manila, but for some reason, the import button just starts rotating and then it never goes anywhere. How can I actually install the demo file? I've tried it across several browsers.

    Hi,

    I saw that you were missing the Neuron Builder plugin, so I've just installed it on your site by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins.

    But now, you need to activate its license in order to import the demo data.

    Hi there,

    I did as you suggested, but the import button still just hangs. It says I've successfully activated the key, but nothing happens.

    Hi,

    I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.

    PHP Recommendations

    Memory Size: memory_limit = 256M
Script execution time: max_execution_time = 400
Number of input variables: max_input_vars = 4000

    If you don’t have access to the php.ini file, you can add the following values in your .htaccess file:

    php_value max_execution_time 400
php_value memory_limit 256M
php_value upload_max_filesize 10M

    Be careful using these settings, some hosting companies don’t allow users to change PHP settings, if you experience any problem after making these changes, please revert these in your .htaccess file, using your FTP client.

    After you improve these PHP settings, please give the demo importer another try.

    Hi there,

    I updated the htaccess file as instructed but seem to be stuck on the same step. Any other recommendations? I did it through the FTP and also downloaded a WP plugin to make sure the changes took based on your previous response.
