I am trying to get a response from you to fix the bugs and nothing has been solved for three months. One answer, then 5 days silence, this is the way you run support when things don't go as planned?
Yes, the support is sad here. Agree, 5 days of waiting for a response is quite usual. And the response is usually a very generic one as if it is wrote by a support crew that really does not know it's bussiness. Sad situation. Usually I solve the issues myself by that time or a miracle happens and it fixes itself. Or just try to find a way around it. On the other hand I do get help from support, and it has solved some issues and I quite like the theme. I hope I won't have to change it as I invested a lot of time in creating and uploading everything. I hope the support will grow it's wings back. Wish you patience if nothing else can be done ..
Yes, this is unbeleivable. It is a simple site, I am solving it for three months and always new problems appear after their "fixes", then they do not answer, my last detailed explanation and asking for help is deleted..this is horrible, I do not know what to do
