I'm trying to install the Zaragoza theme on my website, but on the third and last step of setup (licence), this message appears :

"Enable the Neuron Builder License Verfication through Envato, the verification will unlock various features of the theme."

Problem is, i don't have any idea of where i have to do so as nothing related to Neuron or Envato is on my wordpress dashboard, and consequently, do not have any access of the various features offered with this theme. So i had to switched back to my old theme.

Could you please help me with that problem ?

Thank you for replying so fast. I watched the video tutorial and my problem is that i don't have any neuron control pannel on my wordpress dashboard.

I download the theme, activate it, then start the 3 steps process : 1/ logo and customisation, 2/ woocommerce and elementor installation and for 3/ licence, the quoted message appears.

When i get back to my wordpress dashboard, elementor is installed, woocommerce is installed, but there is no neuron control pannel. That's my problem : no neuron control pannel, no licence verification ! So how can i solve that please ?

Sorry...other problem on board...

Licence registration is done, i've watched the "getting started" video from the neuron builder, but when i want to make the demo import, the importing sign is loading and loading for minutes, until it stops without giving any information of success or failure.

Then, I tried to create a new page from scratch, i can see the Neon buider on the right pannel, but there are no templates for blocks or pages available on my elementor library. Is there something that I'm missing here ?
