When slecting import demo site, it just spins and spins and never updates, the page never generates and error but it just stops and never completes adding the demo site to my neuron backend.
No I will not give a stranger access to my Wordpress Admin. Where is the documentation for Hikone? I have activated the template and have attached a screen shot of what my site looks like after installing Hikone. I've looked at your tutorials and activated the product. What I am asking is about HIKONE documentation. All your tutorials are abut Neuron, Not Hikone.
Where are the home pages shown here? It says there are 10? How to I access them?
Please provide documentation for HIKONE and how to access all the beautiful pages you show on your site. I have attached screen shots of my neuron installation, I want documentation on access the HIKONE pages and templates you show on the Hikone page.
After you install the theme, you should also install its required plugins, you can do it by running the theme wizard, or installing them by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins.
After you install and activate the theme plugins, you need to activate Neuro Builder's license by going to Dashboard > Neuron > License.
Can you please take a look at the following video tutorial on how to activate the License?
After that, you can import the Hikone theme demo pages by going to Dashboard > Neuron > Demo Importer.
At the demo importer, you'll see only the Main Demo, that's because all of the Hikone demo pages are grouped in the Main Demo that you can import. After the import, you can find all the demo pages at Dashboard > Pages.
You can take a look at the Documentation of the theme, and also at the Video Tutorials, where you'll find anything you need to know about working with the Neuron Builder and Hikone Theme.
it seems like you are not reading my replies or looking at the screenshots. You ate. It answering my specific question you keep linking me to your generic documentation I’ve installed the plug ins and activated the builder liscense. The page where you promote hikone fails to mention you need to do all these extra steps. It’s misleading I didn’t buy “hikone” I bought some platform that allows me to install hikone (which is misleading).
Once again I’ve taken all those steps and sent screenshots. Please answer my specific questions about hikon: Where are the home pages shown here? It says there are 10? How to I access them?
the reason I am upset is I thought I bought a Wordpress theme. I’ve bought Wordpress themes before and you just upload them and activate. What I am realizing is with Hikone I have to install all this neuron stuff. I don’t want a Wordpress “plarform” and the page that promotes hikone does not make it clear at all that you’re buying neuron and how many extra steps are required compared to a regular Wordpress theme which I’ve done a bunch of times before. So now I’m in messing around with neuron trying to get it to work installing plug-ins and that’s not what your product presents when you offer up the hikone. The Hikone sales page is misleading and not transparent. We call it a bait and switch. I’ve installed everything, the plug-ins the license activation I’ve sent screenshots and I cannot find anywhere in my WordPress backend all of the features of Hikone that you promise
What does neuron even do? From what I can tell it's only to manage the license. Everything else needed is from another company? I can't edit the template in anything but elementor, all the plug ins are from other companies? I'd be better off just buying an elementor theme, and picking my own plug ins. Elemntors support and documentation is much better, and inlcudes support for using the themes themselves. You provide support for INSTALLING the theme only. Refund please. You aren't answering any of my qeustions, or providing help on how to actually use the them, just how to navigate neuron to install it.
As you've managed to activate the license, you can import the demo data by going to Dashboard > Neuron > Demo Importer and importing the Main Demo that you'll see there as in the Main Demo are grouped all of the Hikone demo pages that you're looking for.
After the import process is done, you can find the demo pages at Dashboard > Pages.
If you find any trouble importing the demo data, you can create a user for me with the following email: [email protected], and as soon as I help you, you can delete the user, don't worry about the security of your website, as it's our priority, and we won't touch anything else on your site, there are plenty of our clients that have given us access to their site and they never complained about anything.
