On the page of Hikone you illustrate multiple different home pages and templates within Hikone itself and in the live demos. When I install with Neuron, and follow the instructions the template is blank. How do I access the different homepages, sub pages and features of Hikone? There is no documentation for Hikone itself. The web page for Hikone states "Extensive Documentation", but your only documentation is for the Neuron system, not how to use or activate all the features specific to Hikone template itself. I've tried importing demo site, and it just spins and spins. All I have is a non functioning Hikone template, and a while bunch of other neuron stuff I don't need! Just make Hikone work right! Sent a screen shot of what you promise and what it looks like in Wordpress / neuron

    Hi,

I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.

After you install the theme, you should also install its required plugins, you can do it by running the theme wizard, or installing them by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins.

After you install and activate the theme plugins, you need to activate Neuro Builder's license by going to Dashboard > Neuron > License.

Can you please take a look at the following video tutorial on how to activate the License?

    Video tutorial.

After that, you can import the Hikone theme demo pages by going to Dashboard > Neuron > Demo Importer.

For all our Neuron themes especially those that are made via the Neuron Builder, we don't have custom theme options that usually can be found at Appearance > Customize. We don't have these options because our theme can be completely managed from Elementor. If you wish to assign a header to your site, with Neuron Core in this case, you must create the template and then go to Appearance > Customize to assign it on your website. But with Neuron Builder, you can simply assign it from Elementor Template Display Conditions, and so on. The entire documentation is based on the capabilities of Neuron Builder. All the features included in this documentation are attributed to the powers of Neuron Builder.

You can take a look at the Documentation of the theme, also at the Video Tutorials, where you'll find anything you need to know on working with the Neuron Builder and Hikone Theme.

Feel free to ask for anything you need.

    Kind Regards

I've looked at your tutorials and activated the product. What I am asking is about HIKONE. All your tutorials are abut Neurton, Not Hikone. Here is the product page https://themeforest.net/item/hikone-minimal-portfolio-wordpress-theme/42570087

I want to access all the features of Hikone, not neuron. This feels like a a bait and switch I have activated Hikone, and I get a blank page, with no options.

Where are the home pages shown here? It says there are 10? How to I access them?

    https://neuronthemes.com/hikone/landing/

Clicking on each home page takes you to an associated template

    https://neuronthemes.com/hikone/creative-home/

    https://neuronthemes.com/hikone/creative-agency/

    Where are these templates?

You outline and show all the pages and features of Hikone., and none of them are present, and you have no tutorials on Hikone. Your page says you have extensive documentation, but there is no documentation for Hikone.

None of the pages shown here https://neuronthemes.com/hikone/landing/ are present in the neuron system after I successfully activate and install neuron and Hikone. Ive attached a screen shot of my site with Hikone installed, there are no options to access any of the templates or pages shown on the links above

Simply put: I bought Hikone for these templates:

    https://neuronthemes.com/hikone/landing/

None of your documentation tells me how to get what I see on the link above, I've attached a screen shot of the Neuron Menu from my Wordpress. Just tell me where to go and what to do to access the 10 home pages, and associated sub templates shown in the links promoting Hikone. I bought Hikone for the layouts promised in the link below,  not for Neuron.
