Please contact your host providers and explain our issue, we need to make sure that your host can send requests to our API, the domain that is API is neuronthemes.com, as we host the library of Elementor there.
Our hosting siteground told us that this has nothing to do with them and they see no errors. From your tickets library I saw that many other people had the same exact problem.
To be honest this is the first time that we have had so many problems with a theme's designer, we already had to request to refund for one theme, didn't think that also another theme of your would have so many issues.

I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.
It seems that you didn't have the WooCommerce plugin activated when you imported the demo data, so now we need to import the products manually.

also attached is another issue with the theme, when on mobile one chooses 'view desktop site" the layout is all messed up

the elementor library has nothing to do with not not having available the single product template as in this page:

or the other templates whatsoever are not available.
