One short question: When I use the portfolio posts function, is there a possibility to get a link to an external URL when clicking on the portfolio item instead of reaching the portfolio item detail page?
You can add a redirect link to your portfolio items by going to edit the item with Elementor's editor > go to the Page Settings > Redirect URL and add the link there.
Notice that, after you add the redirect link, it doesn't take effect when you're logged in to your site, so you need to be logged out of your site in order for the redirect to work.

Thank you very much for this super fast reply! Unfortunately this doesn't do what it should do – perhaps I missed a thing. I inserted www.etsy.com as the redirect link in post settings in elementor. After inserting the redirect link in the portfolio item (and logging out), clicking on it creates a site-address-link like this:

I hoped to get a direct link to etsy, but it just adds the redirect link domain after the link to the portfolio item.
Is there a soliution?
