    Hello, I could not activate the Neuron builder and now my site is down and I have this message:

    How do I rectify and then subsequently activate the builder so I can continue editing my site?

    Hi,

    I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.

    I've just logged into your site and managed to install the Neuron Builder plugin on the first try, can you please take a look at it?

    Now, that the plugin is installed, you need to activate its license in order to use the features of the Neuron Builder plugin, can you please take a look at the following video tutorial on how to activate the License?

    Hi,

    PHP Recommendations

    Memory Size: memory_limit = 256M
Script execution time: max_execution_time = 400
Number of input variables: max_input_vars = 4000

    If you don’t have access to the php.ini file, you can add the following values in your .htaccess file:

    php_value max_execution_time 400
php_value memory_limit 256M
php_value upload_max_filesize 10M

    Be careful using these settings, some hosting companies don’t allow users to change PHP settings, if you experience any problem after making these changes, please revert these in your .htaccess file, using your FTP client.

    Hi,

    I really do apologize for the late reply, somehow we've missed your ticket.

    I've just tried to import the demo data again, but somehow your server is preventing the Hikone demo from being imported. I've attached the XML file of the demo, so can you please try to import it manually by going to Dashboard > Tools > Import > WordPress Importer and uploading the XML file of the demo?
