this is a 'combined' ticket, as this problem currently happens across both Neuron-installs I am currently working with. One 'older' Kaon template and another recent install of Conlectio (which I do for a customer).
In both cases I have an imported / synchronized Neuron element library for standard templates. In both cases when I try to insert a chosen element, what is inserted is some duplicate of the already existing content of the page.
I am using the most recent Neuron-plugin, and in one case the current Elementor version (3.20), and in the other a slightly older one (3.18).
I´d really need this to work, as the template library is 50% of the reason I chose Neuron in the first place.
short answer: I didn´t yet. just waiting for a team response, as I feel that is the source 🤔
… but I am thinking about the whole approach in general a little. the library is from 2021 (if I understand correctly). it is still beautiful. but Elementor itself made a paradigm shift from sections + inner sections (used heavily in templates here) to containers… so, I really wonder how to not only get things simply working, but also keeping them in line w/ the tune of Elementor…
sorry, I can´t be of better help. 🙏
let´s hope & count on the Neuron-team – which might have proper weekends & holidays (which I support), but IME always came back here somehow… ☘️ 🤞 🪬
but if the Neuron Builder plugin is deactivated the Elementor library is opened correctly and the API is regularly accessed. It cannot therefore be a server-related problem.
Hope to solve this problema asap because I can't install the BLog.
Hi @lerone_b and @BD, I hope you're both doing well today.
We’ve done research to see why this is happening, the only issue(solution) that we came to the conclusion was that your hosting somehow was preventing the requests to our server.
We use Cloudflare, I don’t know if providing an IP would help you in this case.
We've tried our best to fix this issue, but we're not finding the reason why this is happening, the only reason that I think this is happening is that your host is blocking requests in our host.
Can you please try it in the Local Server if the library blocks are showing, or on another website?
I will also discuss this with the dev team and try to get an update from them before the weekend.
1) my host was positive about the neuron.com IP not being blocked. … and I see all the elements as loaded in the interface of the backend… but, then, I am not a deep network-tech person…
2) I wonder about BD´s point, again w/o being able to assess it on the technical level. but when s/he says:
> but if the Neuron Builder plugin is deactivated the Elementor library is opened correctly and the API is regularly accessed. It cannot therefore be a server-related problem.
– what is your take on that?
otherwise: I have one other host at hand. it just is some work setting all up, including registration of theme etc. so, if the solution can be found / triaged another way, I´d be happy. if not, I might eventually trying to set this up for comparison… or maybe another Neurontheme-user can chip in here, possibly… ?
Good morning, I hope also the neuron is okay today, as I wrote in the private tickets, the PRO licenses of both Elementor and Slide Revolution are needed to make the Neuron-Builder plugin work correctly, without these we cannot create the BLOG and we cannot make the changes necessary, do you want to understand? I've been trying to find a peaceful solution for weeks while you always answer me the same way. And then you ask me to give you 5 stars for the support service, I kindly ask you to find a solution for the above licenses, thank you
I nevertheless it would be good to keep this ticket strictly on the Neuron Library issue – also bec others might experience similar problems, and look for solutions / information in resp. threads here in the help/support-area.
(But you might want to link to other threads or issues of yours! :-) )
@ Neuron,
it would be great to get this sorted!
the Neuron-library is essential part of the package and kind of 50% of the needed resources to really work with the theme. thx for any further efforts!
I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend,
and today happens to be a public holiday in our country.
I've conducted further tests on the library using my local server, ensuring all settings are configured correctly. I'm pleased to report that the library is now functioning as expected. I've attached a video demonstrating its performance for your reference.
Despite the holiday, I'll make every effort to obtain an update from the development team today. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you require any additional assistance or information.
Dear Neuron, your video is very clear, the problem I've been trying to tell you for a long time is that we don't have "Pro Element" where we can download it? Who gives us the license? We need this to load the library and mount the blog. If you have Elementor PRO, can you send it to us with a link or via email? Thank you
Dear @lerone_b in the meantime I'm waiting for the response from Neuron, can you kindly tell me if you have the Element PRO version? if so where did you download it from? Thanks for your help
The Elementor Pro is not required for the template library to work, in the video I sent before I activated the Elementor Pro just so to let you know that the Neuron Builder plugin is compatible with the Elementor Pro version.
I've attached a new video showing that the template library works with the Elementor free version when the Elementor Pro is deactivated.
Can you please try it in the Local Server if the library blocks are showing, or on another website?
Hi Neuron, I tried it on local server and on other servers, unfortunately it doesn't work, please help me, I'm really late with the project.... if you can, enter the site and make the changes to create the blog, please , I won't bother you anymore
sorry, I was tied down for some days. but 'thx' first of all to everyone for trying to get to the bottom of it.
what I can report / contribute:
@BD – the Elementor Pro question has been answered, as it is not neccessary; anyone who still wants the (some) benefits of ElementorPro can look here: https://proelements.org (free plugin)
@Neuron:
• it now works basically. so thx for looking into it. appreciated! – two issues of different order remain:
1) the preview on my side works only in the overview; then I *can* insert the template from there; but if I *press to preview the particular template* the *display is empty (white screen)*; no critical issue. but still uncomfortable (and seemingly pointing to some underlying issue, forbodingly).
2) seeing the templates in action again, an older question of mine resurfaces here – especially as I also bought newer themes than Kaon (that´s another story…); and in view of my willingness & intent to 'stay on board' and possibly buy still other ones:
the templates are still nice; but they are / seem now structurally antiquated, as Elementor is rebuilding its framework in some ways. so, there are no sections anymore, but what is the new normal and promoted heavily is using flex boxes and grids as structural elements.
– so, I wonder: will Neuron follow that development and stay up to date with its nivce & useful template library? – asking in terms of future-proofness :-)
I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.
I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, can you please download and upload it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and uploading the .zip file there?
I've already tested this version on another client's website and the templates were loading just as expected.
Hi Neuron, I already had this version of the neuron plugin and it already didn't work. However, I deleted the old one and uploaded yours with the hope that it would work, unfortunately it doesn't.
We've tried our best to fix this issue, but we're not finding the reason why this is happening, the only reason that I think this is happening is that your host is blocking requests in our host.
Can you please try it in the Local Server if the library blocks are showing, or on another website?
There are some clients that have faced the same issue before, but the reason for it was the host that was blocking the requests as mentioned above.
Now, I've checked the site of a client that I was helping, and the templates of the library were all displaying.
If possible, please check it on a Local Server and let us know if that works.
Hi Neuron, I asked everyone, and everyone answered me the same way, even the Elementor team: you need to have the Premium Elementor Addon profile to view the theme library. We bought dozens of themes, and you are the only ones who don't include the free premium plugin and the saddest thing is that after a month you were unable to solve my problem... I've always been using the same server for years, I always buy the themes on themeforest and this is the first time I have encountered this problem and not yet resolved.
I was on other projects recently. – but here are my results:
Version 1.0.8.6 I had already installed. so no change for me. the library now fundamentally works, but the second screen for the elements is a blank one instead of a preview. nuisance. but still workable in real life. 🤪
what I am more concerned with is the *future of the library* now. as said: Elementor pivoted away from sections and such to containers and grids heavily. in that respect the Neuron template library now is antique. so, besides that hampering / downgrading my current theme in a way, there is something even more headaching: whenever I will consider to buy new themes – and I´d love to stay with Neuron – I won´t buy themes that rely on ancient Elementor elements, resulting in clutter + non-elegant, bulky HTML-code…
– so, I do wonder what Neuron thinks about this…?!
First and foremost, allow me to express my sincerest gratitude for taking the time to share your thoughts regarding the future development of Neuron's template library. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to continually enhance our products to better serve our esteemed clients like yourself.
We acknowledge and appreciate your observations regarding the evolution of design trends, particularly with Elementor's shift towards containers and grids. Your concerns are well-noted, and I assure you that we are diligently evaluating how best to adapt Neuron's template library to align with these contemporary standards.
I understand the importance of ensuring compatibility with modern themes and the significance of streamlined, elegant HTML code. Rest assured, our team is committed to addressing these considerations in our future updates.
I am pleased to inform you that our newest themes, developed from Construo and on, have embraced the container-based approach, ensuring optimal compatibility and efficiency. As such, we are transitioning away from the utilization of sections in our latest releases, further aligning our offerings with industry trends and best practices.
While I am unable to provide a specific timeline for the implementation of these changes within Neuron's existing library at this moment, please be assured that we are actively engaging with our design and development teams to initiate the transition from sections to containers. It is a meticulous process that requires careful consideration and meticulous planning to ensure a seamless integration with our current offerings.
In the interim, I encourage you to explore the resources available, such as the tutorial you mentioned, which outlines the process of converting existing sections to containers within Elementor. This can serve as a practical workaround while we work towards delivering a more comprehensive solution.
Here's a tutorial on how to convert sections to containers:
Once again, thank you for your insightful feedback and your unwavering support of Neuron. We are committed to exceeding your expectations and look forward to providing you with an enhanced library experience in the near future.
Feel free to ask for anything you need. Kind Regards
I opened a private ticket about this issue but since there is a lot of information here I will also contribute.
It seems that @lerone_b have found a solution but it's not clear what actually solved the problem. I would love to know :)
I just re-read the first message and my issue is actually even worse since I don't even see the library elements. Like @BD I guess. When we solve it I'll come back and explain if I can!
I think the issue for me was coming from Cloudflare, I activated the Developper Mode which by-pass it completely and now it works! I did whitelist the Neuron domain as suggested but it did not work, I am still trying to figure out how to setup Cloudflare to keep the library working.

hello,
sorry for delay. There were some serious family issues.
As for the question: my host says there are no (related) blocks on this.
He sent me this, as he thought this might be related and of interest to you:
does that help you in identifying the problem?
thx for further help on this!
best!
Hi lerone_b, Unfortunately the support team doesn't reply to me, I've been writing for days but they don't reply

Hi Everyone,
I finally got it working!!! I confirm that it works without the elementor Pro plugin.
The solution was to clear all the caches (Cloudflare included) by following this guide by elementor to the dot: https://elementor.com/help/caching-prevents-live-site-from-showing-changes-in-editor/
I think the issue for me was coming from Cloudflare, I activated the Developper Mode which by-pass it completely and now it works! I did whitelist the Neuron domain as suggested but it did not work, I am still trying to figure out how to setup Cloudflare to keep the library working.
Hi @jjhazoume,
That's great, we're delighted to know that you found the solution and we want to thank you very much for sharing it here so others can get it to work.
I suggest you take a look at the following article on how to set up Cloudflare, you can find anything you need to know on using Cloudflare.
